About this property

Ibiúna - Condominium House

  • We host up to 10 people, great for group of friends or family with children.
    We have been home for a long time and take care of it with a lot of love and affection, it will be a pleasure to welcome you.
    The house is in a gated community with security 24 hours, complete infrastructure, has 24hrs ward, multipurpose gym, soccer field, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, playground, central kiosk with barbecue, and surrounded by the incredible Itupararanga dam. .
    The house is great for resting, relaxing and enjoying nature. If you are lucky you may come across lizards, coatis and little monkeys that live there.
    Also be sure to enjoy the incredible Itupararanga dam. A good option for a ride is kaiak and StandUp Paddle, can be obtained from the condominium boating.

Sossego e segurança

Em tempos de pandemia, nos sentimos seguros na casa do João, tudo limpo e organizado, pudemos relaxar na beira da piscina. O condomínio é ótimo, os funcionários bem treinados. Foi ótimo praticar corrida e caminhada pelas belas ruas do condomínio. Exatamente o que buscamos. Meu muito obrigado ao João.

Um cantinho para descansar e curtir.

A casa fica num condomínio fechado super seguro, organizado e lindo. Não se preocupe com utensílios de cozinha, a casa é mega completa (tem tudo !!!). Os banheiros, os quartos e a sala são grandes... tem uma varanda em frente a piscina que é um local gostoso para uma boa conversa... tomar um café, vinho... cerveja. O condomínio tem toda infraestrutura, ambulatório médico, quadras e boas ruas para caminhadas e corridas. Recomendo levar comida e bebidas, só há dois mercadinhos para comprar, o condomínio fica numa área isolada. A casa fica numa área de mata atlantica há mosquitos (poucos) recomendo levar repelente.

casa simples porem arrumada os proprietários e os caseiros são extremamente solicitos e gente fina a piscina estava sempre impecável a casa não tem goteiras e não é escura.
