I had higher expectations for this place. Perhaps I was unlucky to get a room that was not super clean and definitely needs some maintenance. Small details like mold in the shower, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper, torn sheets, my towels had a musty odor. I never got the TV to work except for Netflix. I had a king size bed with two small pillows. It looked odd and motel-like. Why can't a 4 star hotel have pillows for a king size bed? The property itself is nice and is in a safe and good location. There's a nice mall across the street, staff was nice and kind as well.

Ótima localização

O hotel é muito bom, mantém o padrão da rede Novotel. É muito bem localizado, as acomodações são boas e o café da manhã farto e variado. Tivemos dois problemas pontuais. Falta de água por algumas horas e quantidade de toalhas inferior ao que necessitávamos.
