"La experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. No cumple con lo que promete en su descripción: la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, minibar ni ducha con tina, solo un ventilador básico y una ducha instantánea con agua apenas tibia. Los interruptores de luz fallaban, no había enchufes al lado de la cama y una lámpara de velador ni siquiera funcionaba. El descanso fue imposible. El hotel organiza fiestas sin aislamiento acústico, y nuestra ventana daba directamente al salón de eventos....
