Gorgeous hotel for a great price. The staff are very friendly and even held our bags after check out until the evening at which point they even let us use the facilities to shower, etc before a long night bus. 10/10 recommend.

Valentina and Nidia at the hotel were extremely hospitable helping us with a flask of hot water in order for us to have a cup of tea in the morning before the restaurant opened. They ensured that our need was met and even suggested that if the water was found to be not hot enough to make tea in the morning they would get the security to help us out with a pot of boiling water at 5.00 am in the morning. We fully appreciated their hospitality and would like to convey our thanks to them personally. We also highly recommend the hotel for overall level of service.

I enjoyed my one-night stay and wish I could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean, and had air-conditioning. The two pools are lovely and have wonderful views of the dunes. I had dinner and breakfast at the Cask Restaurant and enjoyed both meals.

I highly recommend this hotel. Itā€™s modern, the service is outstanding, and the restaurant food is delicious. The rooms are spotless and include A/C and smart TVs. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with two large pools and plenty of spaces to relax. Clean, spacious room. Air conditioner worked great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel manager (?) was very attentive and helpful. Pools were very nice. No elevator would have been a negative had they not taken care of getting our luggage to our room. Iā€™d definitely stay here again.
