"This hotel was fine for the most part but we did get towels that were stained . And rooms were a bit dirty. Shower was handicap and water kept coming out. Beds were comfortable . Elevators are old. Security is bell man, room service and valet all in one. Security needs a raise. "

"Nice hotel for a good price. It's basically a "Motel 6 " type structure, upgraded with bright colors outside and in the room. Bed was super comfortable. Pros: pool was nice, room is light and bright, girlfriend especially liked the soft fuzzy comforter at the foot of the bed as she gets cold at night. Parking is an additional charge, something like $10 Cons: there was a big gap under the door, enough for a rodent to get thru. The front window would not close,.so that was a bummer. And shower is like on a cruise ship, you couldn't even turn around without hitting your elbows. Overall, a good choice, a good rate, and the pool, the bright colors and modern touches (think IKEA) make up for a few oddities. "

"Very LA cute outer appearance, easy parking, easy meal option for a nice Denny’s in attached parking lot, good location off the 405, near the 101 and short drive from bustling Encino Commons area. Very helpful & attentive staff. Amenities in the room were a bit inconsistent in that electrical outlets in one area of the room never worked snd the coffee machine didn’t work either (even with outlets that were functional). If I had followed up with staff I expect they would have corrected, but I didn’t have time. Overall, this hotel was a definite win."
