"Beds were clean, as well as the bathroom. Water pressure was not great, and we had to ask for more towels every day. We had 4 people in our room and only received 2 towels daily. The pool is small, but nice. Everything was WAY overpriced, as most hotels, but especially the coffee bar. No microwave in the room, but it was listed as an amenity. "

"It is a motel which the app didn’t say. It has a high ratings despite the rooms being gross , windows open at street level with no locks, beds old and uncomfortable, not a comfortable stay mentally or physically. The staff was the only highlight. Very nice and helpful staff. I would never stay again. "

"Everything was wonderful. Parking situation was a bit strange one way In one way out to drive up to the front lobby difficult getting around on a very busy street on Ventura . Didint understand the concept why the entrance of the hotel cant also be an exit. But other than that it was perfect . "

"The suite was nice and great for a family of four with separated bedding and bathrooms, but still like a connected room. Cleanliness was great. The only issue I would say was the outside road noise, but I didn’t really notice until the morning."

"Hot tub not working, room in the fan extremely extremely dusty. The Japanese fountain is empty without water. Nonetheless I still really liked the place and the potential of what it once was. Next door is a very fun and tasty tiki sushi bar! "

"The area is well lit and the parking is on the property. Starbucks is across the street with Panda Express & a variety of street vendors sell there wares on the sidewalks. For us it was a great location just over a mile from my niece and her husband. 20 minutes from the Getty."
