"We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel at home. The room was small but very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable that I found myself thinking about it during the day! The breakfast buffet and other restaurant offerings are delicious! I would like to know where to buy the pajamas they provide in the room - so soft. The hotel is not centrally located but taxis are so easy to find and reasonable. If you dont speak Japanese you will need Google translate or the equivalent. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel was very easy, check-in was smooth (although finding the elevator to floor 10 and higher was tough), and the room was spacious and comfortable.
