"Very clean overall and the room was an awesome size, the staff was super nice and helpful, they called us an Uber to the airport because the shuttle was not available! I was able to easily use the laundry facilities as well and they were super easy to use"

"The instant hot water fot the shower had an error message. It wouldn't give an even temperature for the shower. It would heat up and cool down every 45 seconds."

"room was well-appointed, though a hair dryer would have been very nice. room was very clean except for the bathroom (walls needed a scrub, shower wall above stall had some mildew, fabric curtain was dirty/showed wear, tub was stained). had a hiccup getting the check in / registration in time being a past user, but support was quick and helpful so still seamless to use. pool was closed, would have been nice to know that, but otherwise a great second stay! will book again!"

"This is a beautiful roomy property with a wonderful pool. This was our second time staying (10 women on a girl’s trip) and we will be back. The floors get a little slick if wet from the pool so be careful!! Crouch is a cute little town and Terrace Lake resort is gorgeous!"

"I love this place! It would be great to have a microwave for easy heating of leftovers from town, but I don’t have any serious complaints. Hosts are friendly and responsive. We will be back!"
