"Hotel excellent, room was spotlessly clean and lovely,beautiful views of the harbour, thermal pool health spa area was amazing, Luigi from the health suite was really lovely and helpful. Staff at check in were wonderful, cleaning staff wonderful. The Restaurant however let this hotel down. Which is such a shame ! The Younger waiters are in fact a credit to this restaurant. They guided us to a seat polity for breakfast and offered us a drink of coffee instead of pointing across the room to our seats (unlike the senior male waiter with glasses )and not acknowledging any way or any further. The same staff member who gave us the incorrect evening meal and billed us for the higher item we never ordered in the first place.the food was not to a 4 star hotel standard. Such a shame because as I said the rest of our stay was brilliant."

"Tiene un terraza panoramica espectacular a su vez esta extraordinaiamente bien situada cerca a restaurantes y comercios a su vez alejada del bullicio. Su ubicacion es exactamente frente sl lago de Garda con una bella vista y se puede caminar por un malecom hermoso y seguro. Parquaderos excelentes . Super recomendado . Y el personal que atiende son super amables, educados, empaticos y solucionan los requerimientos del huesped"

"A great stay in the heart of Sirmione close to all the sights and restaurants. We took advantage of the hotels car parking arrangements which worked well for us. Room spacious and clean and offers great value for money. Would definitely come again."

"This ended up being a hotel you only dream of when you book on line! From the location, layout to the staff and food it was all a 10 out of 10! The food in the restaurant was lovely and accommodated my need for gluten-free. The pool area was neat and tidy, and although the weather was not very hot, we still had an opportunity to hang out there for a little bit. Everything was in walking distance, including all of the boats that you can take onto Lake Garda. The room was generously sized, and of course, my favorite was the balcony overlooking the lake. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we will make sure we come back."

"Lovely hotel, huge pool & spa facilities were great. Fantastic massage. Loved so many breakfast choices with many healthy options. Only negative was as it was April they were not serving drinks to the pool, although you could take them there yourself. Highly recommend."
