The Space:

Take in beautiful woodland views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room, and be rejuvenated by the soothing natural light that gently filters in each morning. Enjoy breakfast or lunch al fresco on the deck, and be sure to take time for some stargazing in the lovely outdoor seating area.

Note About Children: The space is not designed for children - there is open access to a steep stairway, nothing is childproofed. By booking this property you accept full liability for the safety of yourselves, your pets, and your children. There are also many one-of-a-kind vintage and high-end decor pieces - breakage or damage will be billed to your folio.

The Clarity Cabin was designed to be a place of mindful contemplation and spiritual wellness. A place to "disconnect, to reconnect" in the glorious mountains of Idyllwild. Because of this, you will find the optional 32" Smart TV tucked away in the closet when you arrive. That being said, it is lightweight and portable - easy to move anywhere in the house you might like to enjoy it. The Smart TV is compatible with all major streaming apps.



It should also be noted that the CLARITY CABIN sits on the same property as 2 other wellness cabins. There are no shared spaces. Each cabin has private outdoor deck and/or garden areas.



Your exclusive outdoor spaces feature cozy patio furniture, a table for eating alfresco, outdoor solar lights, a fire pit, and beautiful nature views to enjoy.



Round out your trip with a beautiful meal at Alpaca Cafe, or a morning coffee at Alpaca Coffee and Tea - located just a 10-minute walk down the road. The town center of Idyllwild is a quick 3-minute drive from the property, or a beautiful 30-minute walk - along with hiking trails accessible within a 5-10 minute drive in all directions.



Hoping to bring a few more folks with you? Check out the "Wildland Loft" and/or the "Wildland Zen Den" - located on the same property. Please note - no parties, no loud music are allowed on any of the Wildland Wellness Lodge properties, and the space is not suitable for children under 8. Welcome to your mountain retreat. Thank you for helping us keep Wildland peaceful and restorative for every guest.



🤍 **Guests & Gatherings**

Maximum occupancy is **2 registered guests—no exceptions**. No parties. Any visitors require advance approval.



🤫 **Peace & Quiet**

Please avoid loud music, shouting, and disruptive barking at all times. **Quiet hours: 10 p.m.–8 a.m.** During these hours, sound should not carry beyond your cabin. Quiet stargazing is always welcome. Noise monitors measure decibel levels.



🐾 **Pets**

Up to **3 house-trained, well-socialized pets** are welcome with a **$100 pet fee**. Add them to your reservation or message us for assistance. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors; violations may result in being asked to leave. Never leave pets unattended—bring them with you whenever you go out. Pet accidents incur additional cleaning fees.



🚭 **Smoking**

No indoor smoking of any kind. Cannabis is permitted outdoors only; tobacco smoking must take place off-property. Indoor smoking incurs additional cleaning fees.



🕚 **Checkout**

Checkout is **11 a.m. sharp**; late departures cannot be accommodated. A **$50-per-hour late fee** applies and will be deducted from your security deposit.



✨ **Care for Your Cabin**

Please wash dishes before departure and leave the space tidy. Report spills, stains, or damage promptly and address what you safely can. Simple accidents reported promptly and reasonably attended to will not be charged. Unreported damage, unattended stains or bodily-fluid spills, and excessive mess may incur additional fees.



❄️ **Weather & Power**

Snow or storms do not qualify for refunds unless mountain roads are impassable. Unexpected power outages are also nonrefundable; emergency lanterns and alternative heat sources are provided.

Guest Access:

Guests of The Wildland Clarity Cabin are welcome to enjoy all outside areas in the FRONT, SIDE & BACK of the cabin, including the PRIVATE front deck, PRIVATE side patio, and Hot Tub area in the BACK of the home



The Hot Tub is reserved for CLARITY CABIN GUEST USE ONLY - and is located around the back of the cabin.



Parking is limited to 2 cars. Photos indicating parking spaces will be sent to you prior to check in. Please only park in the spaces assigned to The Clarity Cabin to avoid inconveniencing other guests in the surrounding cabins on property.



10 minute walk to coffee/tea and brunch/lunch.



10 minute walk to beautiful vista lookout.



3 minute drive to the main part of town.



5-10 minute drives to many hiking trails.



20-30 minute drive to water play: Lake Hemet or Hurkey Creek in one direction, and Lake Fulmor in the other.



The Neighborhood:

The Wildland Clarity Cabin is walking distance from Mile High - one of the town's most popular restaurants for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner! Specializing in classic American breakfasts, and both American & Pan-Asian lunches/dinners - Mile High is a fantastic spot not to be missed! Live music most weekends, call or visit their IG for a schedule of music. ALSO - Alpaca Coffee and Tea is right next door to Mile High - such a treat to just walk 10 minutes to great coffee!



Getting Around:

You will need a car in Idyllwild - there is no Uber or Lyft here. We are 1.5 hours from Palm Springs Airport.



4WD or AWD highly recommended during winter months, but FWD vehicles can be accommodated. Chains required for ALL vehicles during winter months in case of snow storms.



Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are available to communicate for any questions or concerns from 8 am to 10 pm. For a medical emergency or fire please call 911.



We live down the street - so we are always available for anything you may need. Our cleaning and maintenance teams are there weekly to keep things looking fresh.
