"Overall nice stay! Would have been nice to know that the DLR stop on the train was closed during visit before we got there but overall great stay! Checked in early (fee) and ate at the restaurant for dinner on property which was good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would recommend if you are traveling to London on a budget."

"the stay was very pleasant, with the room being spacious enough for 2 in a twin room. The beds were comfy, however there wasn't AC in the room, which made it quite stuffy and very warm, there were 2 upright fans in the room but were quite noisy to have on all night. Also, the carpet floor, especially under the edge of the beds was very grubby, with toe nail clippings still on the floor from presumably another guest. Outside of this, the hotel itself is very nice, the gym & swim facilities are very good, especially the pool & steam room, the changing area is also very clean and tidy. "
