"We stay are this hotel for 5 days. The place was very dirty. We walked into blood on the toilet seat. Poo stains on the toliet bowl. Washroom sink hole was grungy and had a smell. The top of the tap was literally so disgusting. And the room seemed like it had mold. We kept coughing so much and the air was so dry. The room walls looked like it was falling apart in the bottom. It seems like the cleaners stole our stuff or threw it out but a lot of our stuff were missing when we got back from our day. Every time they clean our rooms we are missing towels. Having a toddler and constantly asking for towels is so stressful. For a room that costs $1300 plus I would’ve expected more ! Overall, the convince of the hotel was good( location)."

"Stayed just for one night as part of a birthday trip for my daughter. Wanted to stay somewhere a little more interesting than the usual chain hotels and this absolutely fitted the bill. Spacious room, comfortable beds and no noise from other rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good with lovely views across the dock towards the O2. Would definitely stay here again."
