"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Leonardo Hotel in a family room. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The family room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the extra touches like a coffee/tea station and plenty of towels made a big difference. Our kids loved the space, and we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the room felt after a long day of sightseeing. "We were going to a concert at the O2 and we would normally stop in central London and get the boat down. This time we thought we would try The Intercontinental as it was next door. So glad we did, getting back to our room after a five minute walk was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and down to earth even though it was a top class hotel. We paid extra for the breakfast which was definitely worth, a really good range of quality food. The room itself was very nice, clean and well equipped. We would definitely return when we visit the O2 again"
