"Really lovely location and space. Communication with owner very good. Children loved the space and great we were all able to sit and eat together. Cooking facilities met our needs. Plenty of crockery for adults and children. A little shortage of spoons. Hot tub great to use. Our only concern was finding glass shards which had been missed in the cleaning process."

"A lovely property, perfectly equipped for a short break. Cath had supplied everything we could ask for and more. The only issued was the lack of comfortable seating when the sofa bed was left as a bed. Jen the dog was an absolute delight. Road from property seems to be a single track speedway with car users reluctant to slow down for dog walkers. We loved our stay and found it a perfect base for Brands Hatch."
