A wide arrary of breakfast foods both hot and cold. Staff were extremely pleasant. They made you feel very welcomed. The hotel itself shows sign of wear and lobby chairs need to be replaced or deep cleaned. I would stay again. Bed was comfortable which is a guge plus for me because I have a bad back.

Breakfast was included daily and there was a wide variety to choose from. Tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Room was a decent size ( well, this is Europe!) but was very clean! Shower was awesome. If you don’t mind hopping on a train ( Waterloo) to get somewhere, this is a great hotel.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Professional and attentive, even let us check in early. The continental breakfast is great and smoothly operated even with the rotating large crowds. My only complaints are the size of the room and the way the shower door is incomplete. Coming from The Bahamas we're used to the shower doors closing completely

Well situated hotel. Close walking distance to Waterloo station. Fast, easy check in. My only advice would be to buy some snacks and drinks before you arrive as they are very overpriced in the hotel, water £3.99 a small bottle, £2.65 for a Mars bar!!!!

Great stay! Loved the adjoining rooms for my family ; i'd stay again just for that convenience. The bed in one room was not very comfortable (I could feel and hear the springs) but Overall, the hotel was conveniently located, clean, fairly priced, and the breakfast included made mornings so easy.
