Daily housekeeping advertised on expedia however it is done on alternative days. This was not mentioned at check in. The room had no windows which we knew however the smell wasn't ideal. Great location, staff friendly.

Rooms are a bit tired and in need of deep cleaning, especially under beds and where beds meet the wall. Overall the staff were friendly and the breakfast options were fine, albeit pricey.

Lovely staff, very comfortable bed and clean room. Choose the windowless room as we were just passing through and the AC was broken, however a fan was supplied. Otherwise great.

Loved this modern hotel in Shoreditch, next to Tube stop and in great area of Shoreditch. Walkable, plenty of eclectic restaurants/pubs/bars. Room is small but what I needed at affordable price compared to others in the area. Clean, sleek, very comfortable and staff helpful, easy going. Would stay again!

Very close to a train station. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating, we got into London at 6 am (quite a wait until check in) and the young man at the front desk did everything in his power to get us into a room. Our room was small and windowless hut had everything we needed. Overall it is a great affordable stay, especially if you plan to be out and about and not tied to your room.

Some of the rooms with a view do not match what is advertised. The rooms flooring feels very cheap, and they do not change your sheets when they clean the rooms.

We previously stayed here in 2018 and it was great, the wine and cheese hour was fabulous but this round was very disappointing. Staff was a bit sterile this go around and we got put into the basement which was very noisy as we heard the subway and even staff early in the AM. It was easy to catch public transportation from the hotel but overall would suggest picking a different hotel if budget allows.

I stayed at the windowless room. I was a bit apprehensive at first but it ended up being a very comfortable stay. If anything it was a quiet cocoon in the middle of the bustling city. The staff should also be commended for their hospitality
