The best hotel in London! Very close to Tower Hill underground station. Lots of places to eat and drink around, plus the breakfast is very tasty! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area.

The exit for the Tower Hill Underground Station is in this building, which makes it a great location for going all over London. It’s just across the street from the Tower of London. The bed was huge and very comfy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

As in the past, the location, staff help, and the facilities are the best. Overlooking the Tower of London is a great feature, The Tube is right next door, so travel is easy. The pubs, street vendors in the area add to the ambiance. A great place to stay.

Hotel was in an ideal location to explore Tower Of London area, right beside Tower Hill tube station. Loved the rooftop bar and the social area downstairs. Plenty of amenities in room including a good hairdryer. We paid more for a higher floor which worked out well. Would stay again

We had an amazing stay at citizenM Tower of London! Everything about the stay was lovely. Especially the people. Super great location. Huge bed. Great shower. Breakfast buffet was really good. Honestly, I can’t recommend it highly enough. While the room is more or less utilitarian and not large in size, I’m not into paying for a lush room to hang out in. It was great for sleeping, quiet and comfortable. We were on the fourth floor so we had a nice view. I could cast my streaming services to the television and I enjoyed being able to set my lighting mood. First rate experience all around and I really enjoyed the different living room areas.
