"The rooms in this hotel are incredibly small. We reserved a multi-room suite that was supposed to be a larger room but it was very inconveniently laid out and tiny - it was totally uncomfortable for 3 guests. Overall really disappointing and not good value at all. The hotel also has terrible ventilation. The guest rooms and common areas smelled very stale and were stuffy. Would never stay there again! "

All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our visit. ​This is the "go-to" for my son every time we visit London.
