Very pleasant and comfortable stay

Very pleasant stay - I have stayed here before so I knew that the Hotel was very clean and the rooms were a very good size and very clean. The only issue we had was that the room key didn't work when we first checked in but I understand this was a technical issue within the hotel which was rectified later that evening.

Fabulous hotel, superb location, great bar

Our first choice when visiting London. A great hotel with a fabulous terrace for a coffee or a cocktail, soaking up the sun. Easy access to the city and great to pop over to the O2 on the cable car for dinner. Lovely meal in the restaurant one night with attentive service from Klea.
