This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !"

Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel...

"Good apartment that was local to the shopping mall. Good access into property with comfy beds, with fridge, kettle and stove (no microwave) Electrics were a bit dodgy and fridge not cleaned out so smelt when we arrived. No process to leave the keys anywhere when going home. "
