I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!

改装された様子で外観、室内ともかなりキレイな印象でした。 残念なのは、宿泊室内のトイレに鍵がなく、複数人で泊まると非常に不便。 立地は飯田駅から徒歩圏内なので、とても良いと思います。 第二駐車場からは少し歩くので、クルマの方は少し不便さを感じるかもしれません。

シルクホテルに泊まりました。 この建物には大浴場がないため、道路を挟んだ本館？の代用苦情が利用できますが、大浴場は規模は小さめで普通程度です。 大浴場が離れているためか、部屋のバスルームとトイレがワンルームでなく、普通のホテルに比べて快適です。 少し歩くと中心市街地で、食事場所も多く安くて美味しい店が多いです。
