"家族3人で検索して2日前に予約が取れました。初めての伊香保温泉でしたので、地理もわからず、いってから山の上の方にあるホテルだと理解しました。 施設自体は歴史を感じる状況でしたので、普通とします。新しい宿を期待されるのであれば違うと思います。色々と企画もされていたので頑張っておられると思います。お風呂は温泉ではありませんが大浴場ではあります。 幸い虫は出ませんでしたので、運が良かったです。朝ごはんは美味しくしっかりいただきました。おにぎりを目の前で握っていただけて特別感はありました。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で、まだまだ頑張ってほしいです！"

"Our stay was reasonably comfortable, except for a few small factors: 1. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room. My request to the property is to create more non-smoking rooms to be available or completely eradicate smoking rooms, period! Because smokers...
