The water could be a little bit warmer. Room is great with nice view. One down side - club lounge staff are not particularly friendly or polite. "

"We really enjoyed this hotel. Very pretty. If we ever go back to Japan we'd stay there again. The beds are harder so we were worried about not sleeping well, but we actually slept better than on our own bed which is softer."

"It is a beautiful area with lots of great options for families. I think the property was a bit dated, though, and could use some upgrades. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean and provided plenty of space for my wife and I, along with our 2 sons."
