The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The resort

The staff was absolutely outstanding exactly what you would expect at a grand Hyatt hotel. The indoor pool was wonderful so was the spa. It's a beautiful island getaway perfect for relaxation. Exactly what I needed.

Everything was way beyond my expectation. The room I booked was spacious and commanded a spectaculr view. Staff were invariably helpful, courteous, and accommodating in every sense. As the hotel is located in the middle section of Okinawa, I could venture into varying sites--north and south.

This hotel is a 10 in every way, gorgeous setting, hotel, service, amenities and a fabulous spa. This is hospitality, taste and elegance at its best.

Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

The moon beach museum resort is a literal slice of paradise!!!! I would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. My husband and I went for our honeymoon during a three week trip to Japan, and after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, it was the perfect way to finish our trip. This is a very large hotel. Unfortunately we experienced the distant typhoon, making our experience dissapointing. The front desk was not very accommodating when I was unhappy with my room. I agreed to stay in any of their buildings to have the view I desired. They told me EVERY room was booked. I don’t think so… offseason and a typhoon ??!! I do not like massive, mediocre accommodations in general.

The staff was very helpful and super kind. The property view was amazing as well as all the extracurricular activities available to you. Conveniently placed in American village made it easy to walk to different t breakfast,lunch and dinner places, as well as shop and explore the culture.
