"Lovely place staff friendly and knowledgeable as a fully working pub choices of beers/ipas second to non along with ciders…. Property in process of new owners & upgrading of rooms and decor …. Location wise bang centre of the town… looking at the cathedral from the front door …. Great trip looking forward to going back "

"Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but..."
