"I use this hotel frequently because if its convenient location, very pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. On this occasion, I had a room near the lift and there was repeated noise from loud conversations and doors banging until 1.30 am, which is not ideal for an early start. Not the hotel's fault, ..."

"Great location in Canary Wharf, perfect for Troubadour theatre, just a couple of minutes’ walk. Rooms are not luxurious, but have everything you need. The communal lounge and terrace with free coffee is nice for relaxing. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view."
