"We didn’t realize there wasn’t maid service until we came back to room and no clean towel and bed wasn’t made. Maybe it was in the materials but it wasn’t obvious to us. We liked the trim at up, roof deck was a nice feature as was coffee bar there."

"It is a very well located hotel, but quite dowdy and lacking charm. Good staff, but situated in an area with very limited dining options. Hotel restaurant okay in absence of choice outside. "

"As a frequent flyer who is now pumping milk when traveling this hotel was very accommodating. I needed to make sure my ice packs were solidly frozen and they were really great with putting them in their personal freezer for me. As a New Yorker who has stayed and more local places and needed this kind of accommodation I was not able to get it so thank you to the full team at this hotel. When I come back to London I will be staying with the Hyatt family again. Thank you all"

"We were in room 6 ground floor family room The toilet leaked every time we flushed, our sink plug did not lift up to allow water to drain There was alot of drilling and banging in the next room which went on for several hours, which also caused alot of discomfort for my son with additional needs I believe we should not of been given a room next to one that had work being done to it. We also got awoken by other customers being extremely loud, dancing shouting and singing at 1 am. There was no one at the desk to ask them to leave, they stayed for over an hour which made our stay even worse. The breakfast was ok, we had to ask for butter to be put out and for the bread bin to be refilled. I myself am a vegetarian, there's was no vegetarian sausages or alternative, if this is not the case it did not specify that there was a vegetarian option available . We come to London very often but have never stayed in canary wharf previously, I can firmly say we will not be staying again, we could not wait to leave so much so that our check out was noon but we left at 830am."

"The room was clean, the hotel was presented well and had a nice aroma when walking around. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There are lots of things surrounding the hotel, so plenty of places to eat/drink & do activities. The room was quite cramped for the price paid, but I am not sure whether that was exclusive of this hotel or just a problem that is common in London."
