The place is better for young ones if they have to climb up the floor. But the restaurant serves a great menu and a nice place for solo travellers or younger ones due to the steps.

Pleasant accomodation above a busy pub. We were room 11, probably furthest away from the pub so not disturbed by any noise. All staff meet were friendly.

Car park opposite was a good rate & free overnight. Check in quick & friendly. Not a problem for me but stairs to room really steep so maybe an issue for others. Room clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed. When I spotted earplugs I worried it would be noisy, not at all. I slept with the window open & didn’t stir all night (without earplugs) Train line opposite but only a very slight rumble that’s all. Few minutes walk from Seven Kings station into London. Overall a great stay & would stay again if in the area.

B&B in good location

It delivered what we expected and no issues. Parking was opposite and not too expensive. Food and drink in pub downstairs. Clean linens and toiletries so it was good stay.

Comfortable place to say, with the bar next door makes it ideal, for us ,lovely food and a decent pint, staff always friendly, which is not always the case nowadays.

Decent guesthouse accommodation situated above a lively Irish bar/lounge. Rooms are compact but have everything you need for a short stay. Had an evening meal and breakfast in the bar and food was great! 👍
