This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay. While the hotel does not offer many amenities, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay. Its location near the station is a major advantage, making travel very convenient.

The rooms are average. Just basic bed and a fan. Very few amenities. Mostly old decor and old furniture. No air conditioning while temperatures were 35C. Staff was the best especially Mehr, Max and Olga.

The hotel is in an excellent, highly accessible location close to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and tidy, though limited parking meant we were lucky to find a space. Unfortunately, the room's furniture was damaged and unusable, which impacted our comfort.

Room had bed bugs and refused to return money, staff was useless. Honestly don't even want to go back to London because of such a bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know how this place is still running.

The room and the hallways smelled strongly of urine. They take a £50 deposit from you and ask for a lot of information once you check it, even if it was all pre paid. Overall it left us feeling uneasy and we will not come back.

Warning , you will be asked give all your details on arrival even if you have already given them all to book the hotel. You will have to pay £100 deposit upfront on top of your arrival. I stayed for 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit back, I have called the hotel and they are blaming the bank . The parking is very limited and all on street parking is expensive but free at 6:30pm . I would not stay here again

Booked a double room, was given a ground floor family room. Problem was it was street level, so couldn't hVe window open. Next door was a family room and whoever was above me must have been running with concrete boots, especially at 1am and 7am, where the ceiling was thundering for an hour each time. Rooms were functional but dated. Staff were great and went to speak to the noise makers when I went to reception. Location is 2 mins from Ilford Station, and opposite the exchange, so top notch location

I stay there 3 night First night was horrible they gave me a room in what looks like an attic with no A/C ( keep in mind there were a heat wave in Europe too)tithey supply me with a small fan . The furniture in that room with like someone picked up from the street trash. When I complained and ask them to cancel the other 2 nights they refused but they switched me to another room a lot bigger and lower floor and this s time they gave me a better fan because again no AC first time in my entire adult life that I sow a hotel do not have an AC . Again the furniture in the room was also just as bad . Also when I asked for more towels I think he said that I have to pay but I don’t remember exactly Anyway I couldn’t get the towels. The staff was nice over all though

I didn’t stay here because the recent reviews were terrible and I was unsure I would be safe. I was also concerned about the cleanliness and the bed bugs. They refused to refund my money so I am out of pocket. I have used hotels.com for many years but their customer service was not good and I would go so far as to say patronising. I do not need anyone to explain to me that a review is based on someone’s personal opinion or how a deposit works. Both the hotel and website have lost a customer

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAM, withholding a holding deposit even though I checked out within 10 minutes of arriving. My bank has given me instructions for them to follow and they will not, and shout at me down the phone. Firstly, there is no parking like advertised, it is for management. I walked into the room and the smell of rotten meat hit me, it smelt like an unhygienic butchers. The windows were wide open, so they clearly aware. The bed was dirty, hard springs. Refusal of refund but thankfully hotels.com stepped in and have supported me with this. 1* is one star too many!! I am sorry to leave a bad review but this is a warning to any potential future bookings.
