Atendimento bom, café da manhã ótimo, piscina limpa, limpeza no geral excelente mas deixou a desejar no conforto do quarto, paredes úmidas, fregobar sem nada para consumo, torneira do banheiro vazando molhou meus pertences que estavam lá, como não teve serviço de quarto a lixeira do banheiro era pequena e ficou muito cheia. "Na verdade não houve o que gostar. Apenas a localização próxima à praia. Eu teria muita vergonha de oferecer uma experiência tão desagradável aos meus hóspedes. É um hotel com diária de R$ 700,00 em que R$250,00 estava bem pago. Sorte a minha, que apenas dormi. Tudo é velho, desde a pintura do quarto, portas, janelas, banheiro, chuveiro, camas, tomadas...Lençóis e travesseiros fedidos, fiz questão de deixar tudo no chão para que percebessem. "We were travelling with our 16 year old son and had booked a room for 3 people. We had a spacious room with double bed plus single bed, TV (with digital channels), fridge, wardrobe and ensuite. The room was spacious and characterful and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Everything was clean and we had the room cleaned daily, including clean sheets, towels and toiletries replenishing. "Very comfortable stay with some minor issues which were promptly resolved by the management. Cafeteria lady made fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast. Short walk from the bus terminal is a huge plus. You can easily walk to the historical city center as well where a number of restaurants are located. Customer service is excellent. I would book without hesitation again if I am in Paraty."

Very good

"I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food."

Zero out of ten!

"DO NOT STAY HERE unless you 1) like being bitten by insects / sleeping in insect repellent, 2) have unlimited data on your mobile phone, 3) have a deep love of cats and/or 4) have a complete disregard of your own health and safety. I've written a more thorough review on Google but a special mention to Hotels.com/Expedia for quickly refunding me for this nightmare after providing photographic evidence. Not one member of staff speaks English or understands the concept of Google translate, they'll verbally reply to you in Portuguese (it's a tourist hotspot so not unfair to ask for some to speak basic English). There are cats everywhere even though the hotel has a no pet policy and WiFi doesn't work in any of the rooms. They put this on their own website (if you Google translate it) but have failed to inform all third-party websites that are selling their rooms."
