The house has 04 rooms (02 suites and 02 rooms) with bathroom, all located on the ground floor and with split air conditioning of 12000 BTUs.
At the top there is the complete kitchen and fully equipped with utensils, a toilet, dining room and a large living room integrated to the deck porch with pool and barbecue.
