"Early pool access was a plus! Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!! Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise...

"FIR doesn’t disappoint. I would definitely stay here again. Beautifully landscaped property, quaint indoors, friendly and helpful staff, excellent meals. Just perfect."

"The beach is very close by and the air conditioner worked fine. The room we originally rented was tiny with no place to sit. We upgraded to a two bedroom cottage which had a TV but in my opinion is overpriced. The hotel is in need of renovation especially the guest rooms. The pool was empty and not available while we were there. Mgt did give me a 17%? discount for the inconvenience. The restaraunts menu had plenty of options but only had six items available."

"The best part is the location beach front. The staff were not too friendly and they are good at saying no to their hotel guests. There’s construction everywhere. No reliable television service. Food is mediocre for the price. They charge for everything even for ice. They need more training in hospitality because we felt not too welcome during our stay."
