The hotel itself is nice. Rooms spacious but a bit dark and noisy by the road and garage. Staff on reception very helpful. Restaurant service was poor and food expensive and not great. Pool is nice but needs sunbeds

The property is kind of old but clean and the room is roomy. The staff are super nice. The food at the restaurant is good. I think the only drawback is the limited parking space because the hotel is infront of a gas station.

We have been visiting Laoag and the surrounding area annually for nine years. Java Hotel is the best resort to stay. You feel safe, staff is exceptional, food is amazing at their restaurant Eagle’s Nest, and the property is very clean. I just wish they would upgrade their gym

The staff at the Java hotel are very kind and cater to your every need. The food in the Eagles Nest is excellent. The Eagles Nest also has live music on some evenings as well.The driver I hire from the hotel Jason Clemente is the best I have had at any hotel. Jason has knowledge of great locations for sight seeing and activities near and far. Jason is a valuable asset to the Java Hotel and has made my experiences in Laoag memorable every time I stay at the Java Hotel.

I love the Java Hotel. I have stayed here numerous times now and will definitely return. We enjoyed an amazing meal.at the Eagles Nest with live music last evening. Jayson Clemente again did an outstanding job of getting us to experience the Paoay sand dunes this visit and it was a memorable experience. I will return to this location again and utilize Jayson to help my stay be a memorable one. The entire staff here is exceptional. Life's blessings.

Other than the construction they are doing adding a new addition. Lots of noise early when your trying to sleep. We had a great time and love the hotel. Great looking hotel. Nice pool. Free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Would deffinately return aftercthe new addition is finished

The hotel had an ongoing construction project. The room was clean and comfortorable, but a little run down. The shower was very difficult to climb in and out of. Totally unsuitable for elderly visitors.
