"Despite booking a room for four people we had to repeatedly ask for additional towels to accommodate the fourth person. The bedding provided for the sofa bed was dirty and clearly hadn’t been laundered between guests. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and the toilet regularly stopped working and needed repeated maintenance, often at the most inconvenient times. The staff were responsive, however management should step in to prevent these things from happening in the first place, let alone more than once."

"Had a good stay with my family. Near American University (20 minutes). Excellent daily breakfast options which are constantly replenished. The hotel is newly renovated with clean carpets. The bed was very comfortable. Tip: Use the public parking lot off of Kings as it is much cheaper than parking on the hotel premises."

"I have stayed in Marriott hotels for more than 30 years and without a doubt this was my worst experience. My wife and I arrived in DC and I went straight to a business meeting and sent her to the hotel. She recently had surgery and needed to relax. The hotel manager would not let her check in under my name. I called and he said Zi had to be there in person. I offered to zoom or FaceTime with my license and he said no go. Beyond ridiculous that I can close on a house and testify in Federal court via zoom but can’t check into a hotel which has already been fully paid for. My wife had to wait for hours until I arrived and when I did I got stuck in the elevator. The maintenance man told me literally not to worry and it happens all the time. The electrical outlets next to the bed didn’t work and when I went to talk to the manager he said he does not care. "

"Property was as listed. Clean, lots of room, safe parking, in a good neighborhood. Host called to make sure everything was good and she left us breakfast foods for in the morning. Would definitely recommend."
