"parking was hard to figure out and A/C was barely working but everything else was excellent. staff was wonderful.."

"Excellent"

"A really nice spot! Wish I could have stayed longer."

"Spotless, large room. Easy check in and good feature of unlimited coffee!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with directions and local restaurant recommendations. They were very friendly to our dog too - giving her treats on arrival. The room was clean and the hotel's location is near to the tram that takes you straight into the old town. We also managed to get a free parking space on the street nearby - there is a paid underground carpark next door. We would definitely stay again!"

"The room was very clean and breakfast very good the staff is very friendly I’m asked for some places in the city and they give to me good directions, we had a very pleasant stay"

"Amazing stay. Huge room"

"Good hotell for the price."

"We turned up at the hotel. In the middle of a power cut. The receptionist spoke excellent English as she was from London. The café/restaurant/bar offers great value for money. There is even an Irish bar the next street up. Well connected to the rest of the city with buses and trams running by the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a city break and would definitely stay again "

"The building itself is sketchy and so is the surrounding area, especially for the price. The room itself was very nice and clean but you can hear the train rumbling every few minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful but not an area you want to stay in when first visiting Zaragoza."

"Friendly staff, super clean rooms and great breakfast. Location is great walking distance from everything!"

"Amazing place! Alvaro made us feel at home since we arrived. The food was delicious, the house/ hotel is beautiful, exceptional hospitality. We stayed one night on our way to see the solar eclipse in Pampliega. We want to come back and stay a whole week!"

"Big room, great bathroom and breakfast was fantastic"

"Good Breakfast"

"We were on a family trip through Spain and visited several cities; naturally, we stayed in various places, and this was the cleanest, nicest, and most pleasant one. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the food they offered was good, too. We were very satisfied."

"Our receptionist was wonderful and very helpful."

"Very nice and clean. Super friendly staff. The aircondition was hard at work with 40 degrees celcius outside, but kept the room comfortable at all times. Beds were very nice and the sheets were crisp and clean. We had three meals at the restaurant during our short stay, all of them absolutely decent. Emphasis on the incredibly delicious papatas fritas!"

"Staff, clean room, convenient location"

"We had a great stay here during our time here in Zaragoza. Nice rooms with good location and very good breakfast!"

"Great city and the hotel was so central. Helpful staff."
