"My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days on a recent trip to London. It is located about 2 blocks from the West Brompton Station on the Direct Line (convenient to get to many tourist sites in Central London). The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. We did not request daily housekeeping. The staff was very helpful arranging some car services. My daughter needed refrigeration for some medication. The room did not have a fridge, but the staff kept her meds securely until needed. There are several good restaurants with a variety of cuisines nearby. The Ibis Earls Court is located a little farther west than we have stayed before, but because the Direct Line is so handy, I would stay in this area again in future."

"We had a very enjoyable overnight stay at the hotel. The overall style and decor is really nice and interesting, lots to look at and appreciate. The room was very nice, comfortable and had everything you needed. The spa and pool were great, we would have loved more time at the pool area but it started raining hard! We were booked to have drinks at Perola but it ended up shutting early which we weren’t informed of, so we went for a drink in Tozi instead which was a fine alternative down to the friendly staff. We checked in at reception which was friendly and efficient. We checked out online which was quick and clever. Would recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was great. Staff was too. Room was not roomy but bed was comfy and view of Hyde Park was memorable. Great location for many sites and the underground. "
