The property was in good condition amd we were lucky that we stayed while the sun was shining, so we had drinks outside in the afternoon amd breakfast on our balcony following day. It would have been nice to be slightly closer to the better restaurants, but it was on £10 in an Uber to King's Road. The staff were very courteous and our room was well presented and clean.

Really lovely hotel in a great location close to Kings Road and with access to transport links to the city centre. The room was fantastic with a really comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The balcony with marina view was an added bonus. Lovely breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely look to stay again.

We stayed six nights there. The suite that we had had two large rooms with big screen, TVs and many very thick doors so you could watch TV in one room and not hear it in the other room. We had a nice balcony with a view, a keyhole view of the Thames river. Uber boat will take you right into the heart of London. Marie at the front desk was wonderful!

What a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and considerate. I was a little disappointed with the view from our suite as we couldn't see anything but a corridor. The other downside was that the room only had green tea and earl grey teabags in the room and we had to ask for English teabags the following morning. All in all we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff. The restaurant staff are fantastic and when I had problems with not being able to charge my phone and iPad in the room, the staff that came to help were very helpful. The onsite electrician was very kind and helpful. I would definitely return.

Room was very spacious. The only downside was finding a knitting needle on the floor of the bedroom. Thankfully we spotted it before our children did. Breakfast selection was good and tasty. Staff on the whole were good. Concierge seemed too busy chatting to other staff than getting the door . I normally don’t mind but I had a number of bags and a pram to navigate. Would stay again

Brilliant staff and services. It was my first time staying here. Will definitely be visiting again. Very accommodating. I would like to thank the receptionists Esse and Hafsa for the a nice and easy check in and check out service with smiles on their faces. All staff including catering and housekeeping were polite and if I knew their names, I would have mentioned them. Lovely experience.
