The customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful staff made check-in and every interaction a pleasure. Our room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. We loved the included mini bar, daily replenished, and the top-notch amenities like the gym, and spa area. "The hotel is right in the enter of town. It is a close walk to all the sites. The breakfast service was excellent and offered the opportunity to enjoy coffee and breakfast outside. The staff was incredibly helpful to me as a solo first time traveler to Italy. Victorious and Massimo were incredibly helpful as I was having great difficulty getting train tickets to Milan."

"Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The pool was clean and sunny, and not too busy in May. Easy to get into Florence by bus, which is only 1€, which I would recommend for dinner as there are not many places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant is expensive. "
