"Pros: Świetna lokalizacja i przyjemne otoczenie domu. Dom położony na wzniesieniu z którego roztaczał się piękny widok. Cons: Osoba opiekująca się domem nie mówiła po angielsku co utrudniało komunikację. Nie byliśmy świadomi że dom podzielony jest na 2 części góra i piwnica w której były dodatkowe 3 pokoje. Uszkodzona pralka która nie dopierała pranych ubrań - brudna woda z zanieczyszczeniami które dodatkowo brudziły ubrania."

"We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. "Great villa for lager groups with great view. Very quite location. The road towards the villa is a bit narrow and makes going for a quick grocery trip a bit less easy. The beds and bathrooms are great although from the description we did not deduct that two rooms share a bathroom and are directly connected. The kitchen downstairs is well equipped but a bit small to accommodate 1 large group sharing the whole property. The host and her sister took great care of us and really nice to be able to...

"We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...
