"Very clean , staff trying hard to help. Language is the key barrier. Hotel manager need to invest more in education. Eating in the restaurant was excessively expensive. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and enjoyable specially with the magnificent gym and its latest equipment. If visiting Daegu again I will definitely stay there."

"One morning, I went to the main desk to pay for my breakfast and was informed that the breakfast was full, and I could not be admitted. I was incredulous that, as a person staying at the hotel, I couldn’t have breakfast. This left a very bad taste in my mouth to not feel welcome. I was not offered any alternative such as coming back in a half hour when perhaps the dining room would be less crowded."
