Finca with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, barbecue and pool

The Finca Can Bosch Family is located on the outskirts of the town of Inca, in the heart of the island of Majorca. The cosy finca is situated on a large property, surrounded by an olive grove, has a white and cream-coloured living-dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a half bathroom, so it can accommodate 8 people. The services also include a ping pong table, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV among others. Outside you will find a 40 m² swimming pool, outdoor showers, a swing and comfortable sun loungers. A large lawn, palm trees and Mediterranean plants provide a relaxed atmosphere during the holidays and in the poolhouse there is a second kitchen and a dining room with a barbecue. Here you can prepare meals together and enjoy the impressive views of the olive grove and the mountains. The terrace also offers a variety of seating and living room furniture - relaxation is guaranteed here.

A 5-minute drive away you can find everything you need to enjoy your holidays such as supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants... And just 20 minutes away you can enjoy the wonderful beach of Alcudia.

Sehr schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Vor allem der Garten ist für Kinder sehr schön. Das Geschirr und die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir fanden das Haus für die Einrichtung und die Lage etwas zu teuer.

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and well equipped house. Communication and interaction with the agency was very good. The landlords were lovely and fully supportive with any questions we‘ve had. Happy to recommend this lovely property.

La casa es preciosa, muy bien amueblada, muy amplia y comoda. El jardin precioso. La limpieza de 10. Tanto el jardin y la piscina como la casa estan muy cuidados y muy bien mantenidos. No nos faltó de nada. Una estancia muy agradable.

Gorgeous finca, perfect location and amazing owner

This beautiful finca is in a quiet but perfectly central location on the island. It was clean and homely. The interior is inviting and perfectly fine. The outdoor space has everything you can wish for: pool, bbq area, ping pong table, lots of space and different sitting areas. The communication with the owners was easy, helpful and enriching. We will definitely come back at some point in the future - had a remarkable stay there. Recommend 10/10!

Traumhafte Finca in der Nähe von Inca 🌞

Die Finca war ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden, um mehrere Tage in der Unterkunft selbst zu verweilen. Es ist genügend Platz da, um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen, schwimmen zu gehen, Tischtennis zu spielen, ... Küche top ausgestattet, tolle kleine Zimmer, Außengelände schick, und Wohnzimmer mit TV. Einfach wirklich klasse 🌞 Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Selbst das seperate Stromzahlen ist völlig angemessen

Casa con encanto

La casa está bien situada junto a la autopista para llegar tanto a Alcudia como a Palma y tiene un exterior muy bonito. Hay que tener cuidado porque el anuncio dice que tiene aire acondicionado pero sólo hay aire acondicionado en el salón y en 2 de los 4 dormitorios. Un pequeño problema con la electricidad durante la estancia, pero el propietario que vive a 50 m se puso a disposición inmediatamente.

We really enjoyed our stay here

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Finca was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had 4 children in our party and the garden space, ping pong, swings and pool games helped keep them entertained. The outdoor space is great with different sitting areas and a pool house to dine in too. We cooked outside on the great bbq every night. We didn’t rent a car at first thinking that we’d get taxis to the supermarket etc. This proved difficult as we were quite remote and the taxi companies didn’t speak much English. We were also required to take our rubbish to the garbage disposal in Inca. So I would definitely say a car is a must have.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca. Fast jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin hat der Vermieter extra für uns 3 Kinderhochstühle und 3 Reisebetten organisiert, dass war super und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Der Pool ist groß und entspricht genau den Fotos. Das separate „Küchenhaus“ hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Berge und bietet extra Platz für Familienabende, wo man auch mal etwas lauter werden kann, während die Kinder schon im Haupthaus schlafen. Das einzige Manko: Die Lage ist sehr abgelegene d ohne Mietauto nicht zu erreichen. Die Autobahn ist dann doch leise zu hören, gerade nachts, wenn man mit offenem Fenster und frischer Luft schlafen will, etwas störend, aber dann muss man halt die Fenster schließen und die Klimaanlage anwerfen…
