Villa Angela Family Suite

The Villa Angela Family Suite is located in Inca in the centre of Mallorca. The property is completely fenced and private. This spacious house has 240 m2, divided into 2 floors, with a tall and bright living room with large windows and a large, modern and spacious kitchen. A large sofa with satellite TV to enjoy unique moments with the family. Behind a large sliding door, you enter the designer and elegant kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes everything necessary to cook as if you were at home. A large dining table offers space for everyone. The house for 6-7 people, highly recommended for families with children, 3 double bedrooms, 1 studio with a bunk bed, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning throughout the house, free WiFi, garden with large saltwater pool (11m x 2.5m x 5m) and sun loungers, ping pong, furnished terrace with chill-out sofa and barbecue. The covered part of the terrace offers a space with a table and chairs for the whole family. At the back, a ping pong table awaits the more active ones. Great villa to spend a good holiday with friends or family. The cost of electricity is according to consumption at 0.35€/kW.

The 'Villa Angela Family Suite' is located in a very quiet residential area, which has all the necessary services for daily life. Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Hiper Centro) are less than 2 km away, even to go by bicycle to buy bread.

As it is a residential area, there is no problem parking outside the house. Inca is well connected to the rest of the island. Palma airport is 25 km away. Only 20 km from the best beaches in the northern area (Playa de Muro, Formentor, Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa). Sa Calobra, one of the best coves in Mallorca next to the Sierra de Tramuntana, is 35 km away.

Really lovely clean modern house

Really lovely clean modern house. Had everything we needed for our stay. Pool long enough to swim. Plenty of room, lovely open plan kitchen and living area. Quiet location but accessible, we had a hire car, 30 minutes to PalmaAlcudia. Perfect if you’re happy amongst locals and away from resorts.

Wonderful stay in Mallorca :-)

The villa was beautiful - especially the outside area! In the pool you could swim and relax very well. The location is also very good - it is only a 5 minute walk to the city with many shopping possibilities. The villa is well equipped. The host was also very friendly and helpful in every situation. We will definitely come back! :-)

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Gruppe von bis zu 6 Leuten. Man hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr! Das einzige was man beachten muss ist die Lage. Inca ist eine schöne Kleinstadt, jedoch ist vor Ort nicht viel los und man muss immer mit dem Auto fahren um etwas zu erleben. Oder man bleibt mal ein Tag im Haus am Pool :-)

Arnau de eigenaar wachtte ons op bij aankomst, hij is erg vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam! Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, het fijne zwembad en de ruime tuin sluiten daarbij aan! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Énig minpuntje, de topper op het bed in de master bedroom is iets dun en rolt op...

Luxurious Haus! Großer Pool

Das Haus ist perfekt für 6 Personen. Das 4. Schlafzimmer ist kein separates Zimmer (ein Bett) und ohne Tür. 3 Badezimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Komfortables Wohnzimmer. Internet ist einfach klasse - wir.konnten problemlos arbeiten. Alles sauber. Waschmaschine/ Trockner. Pool ist großartig sowie Tischtennis und Außenterrasse. Genug Handtücher für den Pool. Es gibt auch 2 kleine Schildkröten im Garten. Sehr netter Besitzer Arnau. Die Kommunikation sowie Check in/ -out hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Danke! Inca liegt zentral. Man braucht aber ein Auto für allerlei Ausflüge - 15-45 min um alles zu erreichen (Berge, Strand…) Cafés zum Frühstücken und Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Gute Restaurants mit dem Auto. Wir hatten im Haus sehr gute erholsame Woche verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder. Eigentlich Nichts… nur eine Espresso-Maschine wäre vom Vorteil. Da wir keinen Filterkaffee mögen, haben wir Espresso in mehreren Cafés in der Nähe getrunken. Auch ein richtiger Grill mit Zubehör hätte gepasst.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus, direkt vom Eigentümer vermietet. Ruhige Lage zwischen mehreren Stadtvillen, Parkplatz vorm Haus jederzeit verfügbar. Großzügiger Grundriss mit sehr viel Platz. Ideal für Familie mit mehreren Kindern (wir waren mit drei Teenagern da). Offene Küche, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, Terasse, wunderschöner Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Tischtennisplatte. Optimal für gemeinsamen Familienurlaub! Mit drei Bädern und vier Schlafzimmern&#47Schlafmöglichkeiten haben bei Bedarf trotzdem alle einen eigenen Rückzugsbereich. Seperates Elternschlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Wannenbad. Super schneller WLAN-Anschluss! Zentrale Lage, in ca. 20-40 Minuten ist mit dem Auto nahezu jedes Ziel auf der Insel erreichbar. Bereits vor der Anreise und während des gesamten Aufenthalts war der Vermieter telefonisch und per WhatsApp jederzeit ereichbar. So konnten CheckIn&#47Checkout und sonstige organisatorische Dinge jederzeit kurzfristig und unkompliziert geklärt werden. Nicht nur Vermieter, sondern Gastgeber! Danke Arnau!
