"My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. "We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 nights in April. Just 2 of us. The apartment was even better than the photos, everything had been thought out very well and it was possibly the best equiped apartment we have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend a special meal at the nearby Cove restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. If we were to make a suggestion it would be to fit blackout blinds in the bedroom. All in all, a five star rating is fully deserved."

"We loved our stay at Mount Errigal Hotel. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available, and the electric vehicle charging stations worked perfectly, which was a great bonus. The travel cot was in good condition, the mattress and sheets on it were lovely and clean. My only criticism relates to the food options for guests with food allergies. The receptionist was very helpful and provided us with an allergen menu but there were limited safe foods. As a result, we weren’t able to eat in the hotel restaurant during our stay. Wasn't a huge deal as we were able to travel to the local Tesco and bought GF cereals and milk, then ate in Letterkenny for dinner. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and plan to return."
