We stayed here for 1 night after our flight home was cancelled. The room was not very clean and I woke up with a huge bug bite on my ankle. There was a can of bug spray in the room. Check in was done with an AI at the front desk which I personally dislike. We did check in late at night though. We didn't see any employees until we were waiting for the taxi to the airport, but the staff was incredibly friendly. One of the men working gave us iced tea while we waited. I think the experience might have been better if we had a more traditional stay instead of a last minute booking and check in. The hallways looked cool.

The staffs were so kind and amazing. They truly went above and beyond with amazing service. The room was so cozy with great amenities and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We will definitely come back when I visit Korea.
