Super safe, excellent security, very clean bright, tastefully furnished and decorated. Convenient, every thing provided including washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, snack bar on site including grocery store. Everyone in the office was kind and patient when we had some complications which had nothing to do with our stay. Before our cruise, this was the best place to stay at.

The room was very spacious and clean. The only disappointing things was everything was in Korean no English translation for the tv or Ac control, it did took a bit to understand all the functionality of the rooms. Chinatown was nearby, with Uber about 5 minutes drive.

Omg, we loved our 1 night stay in Urbanstay Chinatown. The view from our 40th floor room was spectacular, and was super comfy. It had everything we needed for our quick stay. This included a place to store our bags for a few hours. Resturants were about 15 min walk. Would certainly recommend a stay here.

The property is a brand-new apartment building. I can tell it has a lot of vacancies, many doors still have the vinyl wrap around them. The neighborhood appears to be still somewhat dilapidated. I would not advise walking around the block. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and clean. The water pressure was non-existent, however. So, forget taking a nice hot shower. The waster just dribbles. The unit also was equipped with a washer-dryer and a kitchenette. So, the unit had more positives than the negatives.

This is the first time we stayed in a contact-free check-in and check-out. No live person was supposed to be there for assistance, except for a period during check-in time but I didn't see any person. You will need local internet connection since they will only give you passcodes for room, elevator lobby, and temporary storage (In case you get there before check-in time) after 1 PM at check-in day. I used a travel SIM card purchased from the airport once I landed in Incheon Airport (Which is also the main airport for Seoul) in order to do that. The building and the hotel room were clean and extremely modern, less than a year old. The room and facility inside were excellent. The price was a bargain for such great facility. Just make sure you are good at internet dealing otherwise you could have problem (They also have a phone number you can call for help but you will need a phone plan to be able to do so.). A block to the west there is taxi stand in front of a traditional hotel. Subway stations are within walking distance. I will go back and stay there again if I will ever visit Seoul again.

This property is not located in Chinatown. It is in an extremely isolated spot - even taxis had a difficult time finding it. The building had signs for several different hotel names in the front; it seems like a ghost hotel that is rented out by various different companies. The room itself was clean, but everything else about the experience was terrible.

I liked the property but as a foreigner, I had to go through some challenges. 1. Not easy without knowing Korean language. 2. No instructions given or posted at the door about how to bring the keypad to enter the access code. 3. Appliances, outlet are controlled by smart switches. Hence they are turned off and not sure how to turn on. Even a Korean person came in thought those outlets are not working. I had to do some guess work to get them turned on. 4. Refrigerator is kept behind a wall and not easy to locate. I found it accidentally by doing some treasure hunt game… 5. Trash removal wasn’t easy. I expect this must be a part of the room service. 6. Mobile front wasn’t convenient. I got panicked when I don’t see any keypad to enter the door code. Glad I found few people on that floor to get their help 7. Mobile app wasn’t easy to use as it goes through some validation process and that appears to work for Korean residents only.

Excellent !

Les appartements sont très bien conçus et parfaitement équipés : kitchenette avec ustensiles, micro-ondes, lave-linge/sèche-linge, et même un défroisseur pour les vêtements. C’est la deuxième fois que j’y séjourne et c’est toujours un plaisir. En bas de l’immeuble, une supérette très pratique, un supermarché à proximité, et plusieurs lignes de bus ainsi que le métro desservent facilement la ville.

깔끔하게 잘 정돈되어있는 숙소였어요 주방기구도 냄비, 후라이펜, 식기류, 및 세탁기에 세제 등 다양하게 갖춰있어서 여기서 한달은 살 수 있겠다고 생각했네요 1박이라 잠만 자고 가는 것이 너무 아쉬울 정도였어요 다음에 인천항 가게 되면 꼭 다시 이용하려구요
