A quiet location that is close to everything. Enjoy a romantic getaway, family vacation, or time with friends at this beautiful condo located in the best part of Lake Tahoe, Incline Village. A short drive from the Reno International Airport, we are a 5 minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, fantastic restaurants, skiing, hiking, shopping, and a wealth of seasonal activities! With free shuttle service from the Hyatt, you can take a short ride (1.8 miles) up to Diamond Peak for a fun day of skiing or snowboarding. Other amazing ski resorts are just minutes from your doorstep: just 20 minutes to Heavenly and 45 minutes to Squaw Valley.

The condo is a 10 minute walk to the East Shore Multiuse trail which takes you on a scenic walk, or bike ride, along a paved trail to Sand Harbor public beach. The trail starts at Tunnel Creek cafe at the corner of Lakeshore Blvd (east end) and Highway 28 and runs just above the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe.

As our guests, you will have access to world-renowned golf courses and the Incline Village recreation center, which includes tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness equipment, and an Olympic sized pool. Fees apply.

There are two master suites, one with a beautiful king-sized, rustic log bed, flat screen television, and iPod speaker dock with a luxurious steam shower in the en suite bathroom. The second spacious, but cozy suite has a rustic twin-sized over twin-sized log bunk bed and a queen-sized bed with a Jacuzzi tub / shower in the en suite bathroom.

The downstairs has a back patio, full kitchen, dining, half-bath, and living area with a very comfortable top quality leather queen sleeper sofa, chaise, LED flat screen HD Roku television, blue ray DVD, and gas fireplace.

Had a very relaxing stay. With a jet tub comfortably sized for two adults and a steam shower I was thoroughly enjoying the spa amenities. Didn't make use of the local dining, instead used their spacious kitchen. But we liked the fact that we could walk to restaurants in a few minutes time as an option. Overall loved the condo comforts and the convenience of it's close proximity to restaurants. My only ding is that the parking isn't next to the condo unit. I recommend you bring a small cart with you if you're lugging multiple things without rollers. The condo owner also has a wagon cart which is very helpful. But felt wasn't quite big enough to carry a load to make fewer round-trips.

Pros: Steam shower, large living room, good sized bedrooms, convenient to ski resort, quiet area, communication with host’s property managerCons: furnace did not work until late Saturday night, primary bed is quite firm (good if you like that, not so much if you don’t), condo is generally dark/lacking natural light. Had a nice weekend up there, but it was 53 in the condo on Friday morning. We felt lucky the weather was mild.

Lovely condo in a well maintained complex. The location was ideal for us to explore Lake Tahoe from a quiet setting. We appreciated being able to walk to the restaurants within the complex for dinner rather than heading out again in the dark on unfamiliar mountain roads. The only problem we experienced was the lack of heat when we arrived. It was at 54 degrees and took 6 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. The contact person answered our call immediately and told us how to turn the heat on, so that was a positive. However, we spent our first night uncomfortable and wearing winter coats indoors.

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Tahoe condo with friends! The place was super clean, cozy, and the beds were so comfortable! Great location for getting to the lake and exploring the area. It had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing trip, and the host was really easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again on our next Tahoe getaway!

Pros: Great location, beautiful grounds, Near amenities of Incline, restaurants, and the lake. Large condo. It is perfectly functional especially if you are mostly going to be out and about. It worked for us. Cons: Really needs some love and updates, feels dated and many things are just barely working.

This place has an unbeatable location! It’s just a quick five-minute stroll to the Hyatt Resort & Casino and about fifteen minutes to the recreation center — I counted it as my warm-up cardio before a workout. The rooms were spotless, super modern, and decorated with style.A bonus? The back patio. Sitting out there with the fresh mountain air and those giant Tahoe pine trees towering above was the ultimate vibe. I have been coming to Tahoe for over 50 years and I definitely recommend this spot — and yes, I’m already planning my return trip next year!

Condo was just as pictured - clean and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches provided. Perfect size and setup for our family trip. Setting is very serene - quiet and well kept. Nice location - we could indeed walk to restaurants and a hiking trail. The only thing that was not optimal was the beach access - while the listing did not mention access and the owner later clarified the situation for me (via a message answering my questions), we assumed that beach access was included when we reserved. Discovered after booking that the nearest beaches (Incline and Burnt Cedar) are private and even though we were staying in Incline Village city limits and Incline Beach was just steps away we did not have access/passes to those amenities and couldn't purchase them independently. We were able to drive to other area beaches, however it would be better if the ads for all VRBO properties in Incline Village were more transparent about the status of their local beaches being for residents only - not renters.

Wasn't Cleaned

Property was not cleaned upon arrival so we could not use property for the first few hours. Property manager was very responsive and got it cleaned, but still an inconvenience.

We attended a conference at the Hyatt and this condo is a short 5 minute walk across the street. The layout was great and we appreciated that it’s basically 2 master bedrooms. We had everything we needed during our stay and Mimi was great and quick to respond when we had a question.

Dated condo

Very nice condo. Some suggestions: the listing shows three full baths, not two and a half baths; the water heater needs attention - it rumbled day and night; there was no Kleenex or ice trays in the house; and we thought the little coffee cups were too small for those who like coffee in the morning. We bought two coffee mugs and left them behind for future guests. You might buy two more.

50th Birthday Event

2 of my close friends were enjoying their 50th bday weekend, along with 35 of their closest friends. Many were at the Hyatt, but we wanted some more privacy. This was an amazing and beautiful location, not to mention perfect setting! A few very nit-picky details - the hole in the ceiling, the watered down hand soap, etc., but overall a wonderful location in paradise! I recommended to several friends already.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Location was great. Came into town for a wedding across the street at the Hyatt. Proximity to the lake was awesome! The condo was clean and comfortable! Would stay again if we went back.
