Flawless experience. Side note: Bring your own soap and sponge for dishes.

Unit was clean, good WiFi, basic cooking utensils. Check in instructions were sent late, but after calling we were able to figure out access (you check in at a kiosk on site remotely via a video screen in the kiosk. Very 2021).
Unfortunately no ability to connect Netflix or Disney Plus to the TV in the unit. Contrary to previous reports, the heater worked great. The fireplace did not immediately work, but this was fixed the next day.

We weren't given checkin instructions, even after 2 voicemails and 1 app message (didn't return message until the next day!) Upon checkin, they gave us the wrong room and we had to prove that we booked a larger place. Then, when we got into the room, we had no heat...in the middle of winter!! Asked for help and were told they wouldn't come until 830a then next morning. So we had to sleep in below freezing temps. Next morning, no one showed up. we called and the man who answered had no idea what was going on. He was nice enough to come over immediately and fix it.
The pullout bed was horrific. Do not plan on being able to sleep on it. There were also no extra blankets.
The shower had hair, soap, and floss on the wall!! Never experienced a place like this before.
Lastly, there is only one small fry pan so cooking is a challenge. Bring all your own condiments.
And the wifi didn't work, nor did some of the main lights.
Cannot recommend.

Check in was easy once I was able to confirm reservation through the resort company. Communication was a bit confusing as it was done mainly through a property management company and not the owner, but Susan was very accommodating when it came to troubleshooting. Overall a great experience.
