This is a very inviting and comfortable home, perfectly suited for 2 families or a large group.

This is a very inviting and comfortable home, perfectly suited for
2 families or a large group. It is located in a quiet pleasant
neighborhood. The home was completely remodeled in 2009. It
features a large deck in back which stretches the entire width of
the house, perfect for enjoying a BBQ and a peek of the Lake. It
has a downstairs game room complete with a high definition TV,
ping pong and pool tables, appealing to both children and
adults.The Bunk Bed contains 3 separate twin size beds.
The residence is 5 minutes from the Mountain Golf Course and
affords easy access to Diamond Peak, MT. Rose and North Star
ski resorts, as well as several of North Tahoe's best beaches.

Property has an outlet in garage for Tesla charging.Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches.
