"Lovely and flexible staff that accommodated our late arrival from our flight. Very convenient location from the airport. Complimentary pickup made the stay easy."

"The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was good. But, don't let the photos fool you. The location is not great... bit of a grungey area. The shower dribbled out. The linen was old. There's a smell of damp. The TV never worked. If you're backpacking, then it's good value. But if you're looking for something better, maybe look elsewhere."

"Location was the only thing that was good. Air conditioner dirty. Bad bedding. To noisy, the key door was impossible to open the room. Not worth it to staying. Really bad experience."

"Staff members were very helpful"

"Had a good stay overall. Staff was very responsive and helpful throughout. He accommodated my request to change the room based on availability, which I really appreciated. The stay matched the description perfectly."

"Amazing two bedroom apartment in a beautiful property. Food was amazing, service was stellar and the staff was so helpful."

"Everything about the hotel truly impressed me,"

The breakfast was decent, offering about five to six items, but that was the only positive aspect of our experience. Prior to our arrival, I sent messages regarding the airport...

Everything was well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was the hotel’s inspiring employment policy of having approximately 70% of its housekeeping and other staff members who are deaf or hard of hearing. This commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and providing meaningful employment opportunities...
