"Room was clean and as advertised. Not a lot of natural light due to overhang on the patio would be only complaint. There is no food or drink that I am aware of on the property which I always prefer, but there is this shopping strip that has a breakfast place and a pretty good restaurant - The Vault-we went for dinner all 5 minute walk."

"The property was beautiful and my balcony view couldn’t have been more perfect. The rooms are definitely a bit outdated, and while clean, there were touches that could have made it feel cleaner like taking the effort to remove hard water marks from fixtures and counters. I loved how centrally located the hotel was so it more than made up for those deficiencies. The hot tub was wonderful to come back to at the end of a day spent hiking, and the water refill station by the spa was a godsend to keeping my hydration pack full as well as my water bottles. The staff could not have been more incredible and they were all so incredibly helpful throughout my stay."

"The grounds are nice but it's not easy to get around I was on the second floor so there were lots of stairs even if you take the elevator. The charging port by the bed did not work. The first time I used the shower the water would not turn off so I had to call me maintenance. He did not speak English but I was able to watch him It took him several tries to get the water to shut off. The next day when I took a shower I could not get water to come out of the overhead shower only the handheld. Also the water is very hard which made for a bad hair day. I would expect a hotel of this caliber to have soft water. I think the most frustrating part was the lights are on timers so every time I took a shower or use the bathroom the lights would turn off and I would be in the dark unless I could wave my arms around close enough. My refrigerator was also not working. They sent a housekeeper instead of maintenance initially she did not speak English and I tried to explain to her that the refrigerator was not cold. Finally I went downstairs and let them know the refrigerator was not working and had several items that needed to be refrigerated. They were great and maintenance replaced the refrigerator. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional. I just expected more considering how much they charge for a room!"

"Our room had a nice view of the red rocks. Though there were 2 queen size beds, the room was small for 4 with one sink outside the room with the toilet, one small trash can, a small desk with a chair. Breakfast was adequate. The location near town was excellent. The 2 pools were very nice. It seemed family friendly."

"Really loved this place. The views on the cliff side rooms were insane. The staff was amazing. The service was 10/10. Only issue I had was that cliff side rooms can be pretty loud with the neighbors above you so try to get a room on the top floor. Regardless, they were able to upgrade our rooms without any questions so still had the best time. Highly recommend this place."
